Fast Friends

Daniel and Sarah are becoming fast friends.  Sarah loves to be entertained by Daniel and Daniel definitely likes having her around.  She usually spends the last couple hours of her nighttime sleep in the swing.  When Daniel wakes up and we bring him out to his playroom he always sees her there.  The other night she just kept on sleeping in her crib and never made it out to the swing.  When Daniel walked out from his bedroom he went straight to the swing and said, "Sarah?" with his hands held up questioningly.  It was sweet.  Here they are playing under the play mat.

 And here Daniel is explaining to Sarah how you can find lots of dried up yummy snacks in the carpet if you look real close.

 Sarah's not sure what she thinks of that.

 This is her new favorite position because she has the best vantage point to watch what Daniel's up to.

 She gets a little mad if everyone moves somewhere else that she can't see them.

 99% of the time this girl is very happy!

 Here she is before Sunday Mass with her new dress from Grandma Dougoveto.  She got LOTS of compliments.

 Mommy loves this little peanut. :)

Daniel is just getting introduced to toads.  We have some that live under our shed that he likes to follow around the yard and say "cute!" to.  We've been working on being gentle with him and the toads have provided a great opportunity to do that.  As you can see, we still have a ways to go.
